Reef Lounge exceeded my expectations! The corals were shipped promptly and arrived extremely well packaged. Every piece was healthy, vibrant, and already open on arrival. The quality for the price is an incredible value. You can tell a lot of care goes into their livestock and shipping process. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again—highly recommended!

Ordered off the internet for shipping from California to Delaware. Great communications throughout! They worked well with me with a coral that I purchased that was then out of stock, offering an amazing trade up! Corals arrived super healthy, well packed and still warm with the heat packs. They are all thriving in the tank now. Prices were fantastic! Do not hesitate to purchase online from reef lounge usa!

Excellent customer service and corals. Ordered multiple torches online and received them in spectacular condition. They are as beautiful as advertised. I look forward to purchasing more coral from reef lounge in the near future. Also, I would like to give an extra thank you for the free coral. 😊

There are more tanks than fish. We happened to see it driving by and thought we'd pop in. I can't say much about it because there wasn't much to it.

BEWARE OF BUYING TORCH CORALS!!! I had a weird experience ordering from Reef Lounge. I looked on their website and was interested in buying a holy grail torch, so I saw this highlighter. Holy Grail torch, but it was not WYSIWYG. When I received the order, the holy grail didn’t look very yellow to me. it was extremely neon green in color, but I did not see any yellow in it. I was a little disappointed because based on the picture I was expecting more yellow, the neon green I called the phone number on the website on Tuesday and the man was nice but he said this is the retail phone number and to email them so I waited two days and no response so I figured to try and call him again. He told me to email them and they should respond within an hour, I let them know that I emailed on Tuesday and receive no response, so he said he’s going to the store and will tell his employees to check the email I received response about an hour later saying they are sorry that I did not receive what I was expecting and they will credit me $150 store credit but I really wanted the holy Grail torch, coral that is yellow. I wanted it to be the main piece in my tank, but they replied that they keep their holy Grail’s with blue lights and blast them with 200 par lighting . However, I sent them pictures. I found on their website when I searched up all the HOLY GRAILS and saw these two different pictures. I emailed them the pictures and said I was expecting this one. But it looks like I received this. I tried to search Holy Grails on their website again for the same WYSIWYG items but they must have deleted it from their website because it was gone. but I have the pictures… please tell me I am not crazy and one is neon green, and the other is yellow, but listed as the same “highlighter holy grail torch” After that, they ask to email them a picture of the Coral under blue lights and I sent that to them. That’s when I was left on read again. Super weird experience I had with the store I went against better judgment because I saw horrible reviews on reef2reef but saw they had OK reviews on Google. I guess people have better experiences when they visit the store but I can tell you from personal experience BEWARE WHEN BUYING TORCH CORALS. This place is always empty for a good reason. I always wondered how they stayed in business, until I asked how much the corals were. Overpriced and basic, hopefully if you’re new, you don’t get suckered into buying expensive corals. I rather go to reef factory or drive far away for better quality and cheaper prices.

Had a great experience here, love the way Kenny show me how to build up the tank and how to change water also Amy is really friendly and cool, def will come back in the future.

Huge selection of corals and invertebrates. The worker there was very nice and answered all of my questions.

Recommend this place for all saltwater aquarium needs 🔥 Asian gentleman was very pleasant and sweet and made us feel very welcomed 🥹 they have a variety of corals with decent prices. We picked up a nice healthy Goni and healthy red linckia for our 30 gal saltwater reef tank 🪸
