My reason for 3 stars is the quality of fish has dropped off and prices have soared. I get they need to keep the lights on, but you can find better quality at lower prices online. There really isn’t a high quality fair price store in the Milwaukee area anymore. Fun store. I frequent often. I’ve bought probably 50 fish over the last month. 2 batches came with real problems. Acei African cichlids had bacterial disease. I put one out of its misery a few days after buying, nursed the other 2 to proper health. . I’ve noticed they put fish with the wrong tank mates often. I never used to see this. Each visit I see at least a few tanks with puzzling species mix, usually it’s a single fish and is getting destroyed. I’ve seen this even in some of their cichlid show tanks. Anyways, a place I will always visit but am def much more cautious to buy fish. There supplies prices are at about market now, which is good, would always have to go to a different store cause those were so expensive but that is def a positive.”
