I went in to look for help picking out starter fish for my 7-year old. I explained that we knew nothing and needed help to pick out fish for our 10 gal. fish tank. The water was good and the temperature was set and we thought we walked away with winners. Unfortunately, they sold us fish that were not compatible with each other. There was no warning about how to manage a Beta fish with schooling fish and so far we have lost 2 out of 3 schooling fish, have gotten rid of the Beta and are left with one schooling fish that will probably die from stress and a catfish. The Beta decided to attack the schooling fish and the sad part is my 7 y/o had to witness this. They do have good quality fish, but I do wish we would have gone elsewhere.”
