I have never received friendly customer service here. I have been rudely snapped at for simply asking for help. Waited patiently to receive help and others who came in after me got waited on first. I do not recommend the staff or this business. Go someplace else.

I did not get the name but 5 stars to the girl who helped me with $200 in fish not even 10 minutes after opening. She was the only one working and was incredibly helpful and nice. The store is super cool and the prices are amazing compared to local stores

This is the place to set up your tank. Aside from beautiful fire cherry shrimp for $3.99 to rare and exotic freshwater fish, there's a vast array of aquatic plants for sale that are not listed on the website. Prices are competitive and there is currently, buy 10 fish of the same species, get one free!

Incredible customer service/very kind. Great shipping/they provide great packaging. Also, the communication is on point. I ordered just under 30 fish halfway across the country with zero DOA. FYI if you work a regular day job, some UPS stores will hold your package until you get off work which is generally uncommon with FedEx locations.

I had to edit my review from 5 stars. This may be a particular difficulty related to only my experience, I am an experienced fishkeeper. I shipped several of one breed of fish twice from the store. The first was delayed by the carrier and the fish passed within 24 hours. The second shipment 6 months later came with ich and all died after a week. I emailed the seller but nothing came of it. I read really wonderful reviews about this place so it may have been a singular experience.
