Its beak was overdue for a trim and it looked very dry, and the parrot generally did not look very happy or enriched whatsoever. The parrot was settled next to tens of smaller birds that were constantly chirping and screeching (I'm sure this did not help.) Additionally, the entire store felt very stuffy, and there was a cat running around which would not be a problem if the store were not so crowded and filled with an insane variety of animals already. Variety is fine, but it's definitely not okay when all of the animals are stuffed in this small, stuffy, unkept crowded store. Someone needs to inspect this store this made me genuinely upset🥹 Edit: looking at older reviews, I can tell this store *used* to be good and that the cleanliness and quality of the animals has declined severely in the past few years. If you are losing your spark and passion to upkeep the store, please send the animals to a better place and retire this location or step up your act.💚”

When I called back the store and told them if I could bring him back and get a return or a refund they told me that there’s nothing that they can do even though they said that we could work something out to when I first bought him, I will never buy any pet from the store because of their poor customer service. I am going to be going back to Petco over and over again because of they have a good 30 day. Return an exchange policy never again with this store.”
