No question - This is the absolutely best place to shop for your dog or cat's needs! Everyone in the store remains eager to help and offer opinions on everything from kibble to supplements. I regularly take my young dogs here for socialization and exposure. Every time I let them pick out a new toy and every time I leave having spent a couple hundred bucks on great quality things to feed them. I learned about freeze dried minnows here, I learned about dental supplements for pearly white teeth and they have more options for raw food for dogs than I could ever have imagined. Frozen raw, freeze dried raw, low temperature air dried raw, vacuum dried raw, 80/20 and 90/10, too. There is no question that my dogs are eating higher quality food than ever before, because of what I've learned at this place. No matter how you came to have your furry companion, you owe it to them , to check this place out and go shopping!

Review from Sept 2025: I love your store and commitment to animals and community. However, recently, caring for my cats while I was away, my mother went in to pick up more cat food. Knowing my cats are on a special diet, she brought in an empty can and asked a staff member for a case of the same. When I returned home a few days later I discovered it was the wrong food (containing salmon which my one of my cats can’t digest well) and my cat had been having loose stools for four days. Because ultimately he was okay and just needed some minor rehydration I figured I wouldn’t blame you or her. But I did want to let you know that this is an area where your staff should be very careful and the consequences could have been worse. I didn’t want a refund or discount or anything special. However, I would have appreciated an apology and assurance that it would be taken seriously. Sadly, when I went in to pass on the feedback, I was so disappointed with the response I received. She accepted no responsibility on behalf of the store, made no apology and offered the response of, ‘well, mistakes happen, we have some new people working, have a nice day.’ I’m paraphrasing but that is what the sentiment felt like to me. Because this response was so unsatisfactory to me, I decided to post this feedback publicly, with the hope that it will be taken seriously. My cat is five months old and was able to rebound, but it could have resulted in urgent care or worse. The least I could have received was an apology and promise to make sure the staff are reminded to be careful. ************* Review from 2024: The best place to buy food, supplements, accessories, and treats for your pet. Every staff member I've interacted with has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their prices are the same as Chewy and they have lots of products not available on Chewy. There's discounts on cases and if your pet isn't satisfied, you can bring a food back. Definitely worth a visit! 🐱 *Images below are products for our 20 year old cat 💜
