“They say they provide exceptional customer service but they don’t I had ordered 2 goldfish the day of drop just for them to say on Tuesday delivery day that 1 of my fish had been sold out since last week They told me to choose a new fish or wait once again for the next week new drop , so I did The day of drop (today) I ended choosing another fish that was 30$ dollars more than the one I had originally got 160$ and this one was 190$ They said they were going to invoice me the rest and am like okey the least they could do is comp those 30$ for the inconvenience but they denied it Seemed like they didn’t care at all saying I had already got a deal and they couldn’t cover their OWN mistake and want me to pay them for it so I asked for a refund because if you have a mistake you should own to it and not have the customer pay the full prize and also wait even longer instead of apologizing or acknowledge their mistake they didn’t care all they said were got you your refund I don’t know if they treat all there customers like this but terrible”

One fish has blossomed the other was lethargic and died 9 days after arrival (their policy is 7 days so that was that). I emailed the company, took pictures and chose another $195 fish and was given a .... $15 discount which wouldn't even cover shipping. I still have the emails from the customer service reps, complete with pictures. I normally don't write negative reviews but this poor service and horrendous refund/return policy guarantees that none of my family will ever spend money here again.”
