TERRIBLE conditions for the reptiles!!!! Please someone do something to help them. County refuses to help even though they are all in disgusting conditions, no water, in distress, the whole place reeks. Fish are the only decent ones, but I think it's due to the bottom feeders in the tanks and water filters... But the poor reptiles. One gecko was underweight. Pretty sure I saw a deceased skink. The colors on almost all of them were dull. Shedding and feces left in the enclosures for long periods of time. If they have any water it's filthy. IF you happen to buy a reptile from them then they need immediate veterinary care. But I would not recommend doing so as it would give them money. More people need to report. And these pictures aren't even the half of it... They make me sick. Also as a side note, I was never even acknowledged by an employee.

Our recent experience purchasing two guppies from this wonderful family-owned pet store was nothing short of exceptional. Patricia and her team’s commitment to the wellbeing of the animals was the absolute highlight of our visit. Her knowledge of the animals and aquatic care is remarkable. It was immediately obvious that each and every animal’s welfare is their top priority. She took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between the fish, turtles, dragons (and too many others to name!), their temperaments, tank compatibility, feeding needs, and long-term care — without rushing us or trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Every answer was thoughtful, honest, and rooted in what was best for the animal.♥️ As first-time buyers from this store, we felt completely supported and reassured. Patricia asked great questions about our existing tank setup to ensure the guppies would thrive, not just survive. That level of personalized care is rare and deeply appreciated. You can tell she truly loves what she does and treats every animal as if it were her very own. The store itself reflects that same commitment to quality and compassion. The tank aquariums and habitats were clean, the fish were healthy and active, and the overall environment was calm and well-maintained. This is clearly a business that prioritizes ethical practices over volume sales, which is something you don’t see often enough. For any other reviews that have mentioned seeing waste or poop, etc. in an animal’s tank, I’d challenge them to please show me an animal’s home that doesn’t have any! 🤣😂 I’d be very concerned that that’s an unhealthy animal that needs an examination right away! Since bringing our two guppies home, they have been healthy, vibrant, and full of personality — a testament to the excellent care they received before we ever walked through the door. We also bought two aquatic plants for our little ones to enjoy and they’re thriving just as lovely as the animals! If you are looking for a pet store that combines expert knowledge, exceptional animal welfare standards, and truly personalized customer service, we cannot recommend this family-owned business highly enough. Awesome place! Owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Every time we come in they always greet us personally. They obviously care a lot about their animals. We love stopping by to see Shelly, Speedy and Meatball! Great selection of fish, reptiles, plants, food, supplies. Cool store run by good people - highly recommend.

Disgusting treatment of animals- letting them live in enclosures that are so dirty they have fungus growing in them. Sickening
