About
7-star rating across more than 500 reviews. It's both a freshwater and reef destination. One regular calls it a "one stop shop for freshwater and reef aquariums," and that range shows on the shelves.
The reef side runs from affordable beginner corals to premium centerpieces, with soft corals, zoas, LPS, and SPS all available in Lebanon, TN. Corals are labeled with their scientific names, a marine-biology touch long-time visitors love, and the clean, well-kept saltwater tanks keep their marine fish healthy and rotating. On the freshwater side, you'll find community fish, neocaridina shrimp, and live aquarium plants, and the staff happily track down specific stock.
One shopper came in hunting a particular tetra and was told exactly when the next restock would land. If you're searching for tetras for sale near me or piecing together your first nano reef, this is a walk-in aquarium store where someone will actually talk you through it. Shawn and the rest of the crew are repeatedly singled out for patient, no-rush guidance, whether you're new to saltwater or building out a tank for the first time.
Several reviewers switched here from larger Nashville-area stores for exactly that reason, and the team stays just as patient with kids asking questions. Beyond the aquariums, Emerald Bay keeps a full reptile room with leopard geckos, bearded dragons, snakes, tegus, and tarantulas, plus some of the best-priced feeders around, with crickets, mealworms, and rodents that regulars say beat the chain stores. Filters, enclosures, and aquatic gear round out the selection.
Clean tanks, healthy livestock, and a genuinely friendly team make this Lebanon fish store worth the drive for hobbyists across the region.

“Nice selection.”
— Treven Foriest5.0a day ago“Went to look around, to try and get ideas about what we are looking for. This place has a large selection of fish and reptiles. The staff here are very attentive and went above and beyond to help educate. They were even patient with my 7 year old, answering all her questions, no matter how silly they may have been. Highly recommend this establishment.”

— robert bracey5.03 weeks ago“The aquatic side of the store is decent but anything reptile related is outdated and very poorly maintained. They keep several solitary species in large groups in small enclosures like the bearded dragons where several where missing toes and had bite scars , they preach that ball pythons just need a tiny tub to live in, many of their snakes had signs of respiratory distress most likely due to the filthy beding, and when asked questions about them the staff's knowledge is outdated by decades, the just want to flip reptiles and make a quick buck.”
— Megan Markel2.0a month ago“I got a albino king snake and it is so pretty I named it pinky still eating to k ow its gender but gotta wait for it to get older and we get almost all of our fish stuff their and we go so many times we have a family and friends discount but still a good place to just look at fish and reptilian animals the have a Komodo dragon both albino and regular they are pretty”
— Richard Jones5.0a month ago“Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced you got 4 sales people only 1 showing anyone anything and everyone else outside smoking on top of that they’re animals are not properly cared for and they sell ball python morphs that are known to have the wobble condition such as spider/bumblebee/ woma morphs. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place for anything unless you support negligence!”
