— Elena Rollins5.0a month ago“I ordered 8 american water willow, justicia americana, plants. They arrived packaged 2 pots per plastic bag in a box then filled with packing peanuts and packing paper. During transit the pots all toppled on their side and the plants were then smashed against each other and some upside down. I removed them from the box and placed the pots in water in the shade. They looked pretty smashed and I feared there would be a lot of broken sprigs but luckily by the next day they had remarkably perked up and they only had minor breakage. That's the only reason for the 3 stars as the plants are obviously healthy and full, but the packaging could definitely use some improvement. Maybe each plant could be in it's own box to anchor it securely along with the other plants, without extra room for rolling around and protected from being poorly treated by uncaring package handler.”
