Waited a week and a half for overnight shipping, no communication from them, argumentative customer service, dead fish on arrival and refusal to give a full refund for $54 fish and $100 shipping. The hoops to jump through for a store I wouldn't shop at again is outrageous, and STILL no resolution. I haven't had customer service this bad in YEARS.

Great prices on Discus and worth our almost 3 hour drive to select each fish. Staff was patient and even great with our daughter. This was our second time getting fish here, and always happy with their selection.

Purchased 3 beautiful Discus on Black Friday (excellent price) and had them in the tank by Wednesday. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from MB and the service and quality is always amazing! Will purchase again and again. Also have visited the facility and it is immaculate, and staffed by knowledgeable fish keepers. Highly recommend!

Zero stars. I drove to this place from Columbia so that I could check out the Discus and maybe talk to the experts. Upon initial entrance I felt uncomfortable. The fishy smell was the only evidence of fish inside of the store. The lady that was sitting up front was surprised to see me when I walked in and she went to the back to get someone who told me that all of their fish was in quarantine. They also told me it was by appointment only and I could not see the fish. Safe to say that my business will be going elsewhere.
