“My Experience with Myrtle Beach has been excellent. Very very responsive and stands behind his fish. I got a couple of fish from him and it was totally my fault they got sick and almost died but Jovan was on top of it as soon as I reached out and sent him pics. 10 days later my starlights are back to being beautiful again. I go with the Select Grade because I want to have a greater chance of landing one of those eye poppers once they are fully grown. But all of the fish are consistent so even if you dont go Select you might still come up! I just made my second order from here and I CAN NOT wait to see what he sends me. Also im pretty sure on the first order he sent me one that was bigger than what I paid for. But I aint mad! All of this is why im back ordering again and getting ready to setup another tank to get more. My woman hates our business relationship 😆 🤣.”

— Eugene Stanley5.04 months ago“Used to be a great place to buy fish the owner is now a absolute scam artist....... after taking my order 22 days ago claiming shipping has been the reason why it took 22 days to mail out my fish I have reached out to the owner on 4 different occasions roughly he answered his cell phone text messages every single time the first week he claimed the order would ship out that week the second week he told me the same thing the order would be shipped out by Monday the following week guaranteed again but blame shipping the third week same thing same song and dance claiming no shipping claiming snow and ice okay cool totally understand we got my order today it's delivered finally after 22 days and I only have four of the five fish that I ordered yet again reach out to the owner all for him to tell me that he gave me my refund for the fifth fish lastnight when the order shipped out and there's nothing they can do that's standard procedure he says to hold my money for 22 days speak to me 3 or 4 times never mentioned one single time that the fish they have sold me is no good now he offers me a $15 coupon to come back and do business with them but nothing more after completely cussing this guy up and down at this point finally losing my cool what an absolute scam artist this guy is obviously they have gotten way in over their head obviously they have horrible help there or they're having internal problems you take my money and hold it for 22 days you speak to me multiple different times on the phone never mentioning there's an issue with any of my fish you send me less fish than what I paid for you don't even notify me that you took a discus out of my order you don't even offer me a chance to substitute the fish with something else especially knowing how finicky discus are especially when numbers are off as mine are some tanks are different then you offer me a $15 discount to come back and do business with you again now I have to pay a $65 shipping just to order one single discus from a different company or get scammed into doing business with him again because he's offered me this big gigantic $15 discount for the absolute nightmare he has caused me never ever ever again this has been the absolute worst discus purchase I have ever made in my entire life we will never do business with these people ever again definitely not the Myrtle Beach discus reputation that I am custom to definitely after 22 days of complete patience not the way you want to treat a repeat customer...... the owner deserved every bad word I said over text today sorry I even bought these fish from this guy........”
