I call and it says option 2 for store . Never has anyone ever pick up the phone. So I have left messages to call me. Never. The place is nice and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We walked around outside a bit. However, upon entering the building, we were met with glaring looks from every employee standing right at the front and received no acknowledgment whatsoever. Not a single greeting or a simple “Hi, how are you?”. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and is a major turn-off for a consumer, if at least one person would have said at least one thing to us we would have been purchasing something. What a marketing flop…advertise and have a open house to obviously get people in the door, your product and business out there/have sales ect. But to not even make no acknowledgment to a customer. As soon as we had that awkward experience we left. All around confusing experience.”
