If you don’t know (I didn’t) they are hermaphrodites and two snails make 2 million really fast. No matter how much I clean the eggs I can see off the tank, or remove the snails, they just keep reappearing and I don’t want them because they are eating my fish eggs. I had a thriving community of over a dozen guppies, and would bring containers of offspring to the shop, now I’m down to 3 fish and the eggs aren’t safe anywhere. I don’t even want to get more fish until I solve the snail issue, which will probably need to be a whole fresh tank set up, investment of money, time, etc. Sucks… no pun intended.”
