Lots of beautiful and exotic fish! The staff were friendly and ready to help. Clean tanks and happy (even friendly!) fish galore. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping these creatures and aquatic plants healthy. Great place to come if you’re looking for some amazing fish.

October 25th I was so very excited to add fish to my 20 gallon tank, I went to O’fishshell to get some type of grouping fish. The staff were so helpful and answered many of my questions, and even tested my water. They said it was great and that I was ready to take home fish. I decided on the cardinal tetras. When I brought them home I was very excited. But unfortunately shortly after they showed signs of aggression (I had a group of 6 with no other fish in the tank) and they started nipping and killing each other off Oct 26th. At that point I was in tears thinking I had done something wrong. I explained this to the store staff and they showed nothing but empathy and said I can return the tetras and pick out a different fish. A lady there that my daughter is super fond of helped me find the right fish for us which were guppies. I also shared that I have wanted a pleco fish but worried that I didn’t have enough algae. She helped me find food that promotes healthy algae and said I can absolutely get one. Oct 27th I took home 4 complimentary guppies and paid for a Pleco and it’s food. The guppies are so very friendly and the Pleco is just the cutest. Very happy with the staff and felt heard and understood.
