“I was a first time customer and had really high hopes, looking for an alternative to big chain stores. I purchased 10 shrimp, 6 diamond head danios, 3 snails, a betta, a plant and some substrate. 9/10 shrimp quarantined) and 5/6 danios died within a couple of days but they do not have any guarantee on their live stock. The betta is doing well, but they sold me a snail explicitly for the betta tank and that poor thing, while alive, is now trying to get over ptsd in another tank. Nets were used between tanks with no disinfecting. My other fish seem okay, thankfully, but it just wasn't worth the money to buy live fish here. Unfortunately, I'm seeing a lot of similar complaints from other customers now.”
