“I am very disappointed in the way Fin's Feathers Paws and Claws has gone down in their animal welfare and breeding standards. I purchased an axolotl from Fin's Feathers Paws and Claws about 4 years ago and their collection of animals were healthy and seemed very well taken care of. I went back today to adopt another and I was horrified by what I saw. Most of their axolotls had fungal growth on their gills and many were missing limbs. The tanks were overcrowded and they all seemed not well taken care of. I was very upset and disappointed. I don't understand how a professional pet store goes down hill so aggressively. If you are in the market for any pets I would highly recommend not going here as you want your animal to be healthy and thrive.”

Belle is a rockstar who knows so much about the animals and their care. Rae is super helpful with the tarantulas. They are always extremely kind to our five year old and never get annoyed when he asks questions. They're the only place we go for feeder bugs (they are not pre-boxed like other stores, so you know they're alive) and if we decide we want a new family member. It's truly the only place we trust. We drive 30 minutes out of our way to go there instead of the big box store 5 minutes away.”
