Both experiences were wonderful from start to finish. The staff took the time to answer questions, explain care requirements, and made sure we felt confident bringing our new pets home. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals and want them set up for success with their new families. Jinx is friendly and has already stolen our hearts. Fred has been thriving as well.
