Pet Place

This is a great store if you want to get a pet. They had all kinds of fish, reptiles, and small animals. I heard some of the dogs, but I did not see them. When I walked into the store, I noticed it was well organized and a lot of room to walk around to look and very clean. The store is on the outdated side, but the quality of products, customer service, and a variety of animals. The variety of fish was really nice. The fish ranged in price, and the prices seemed to be the same as other stores. They had other pet supplies, but the variety was small. All pet supplies were covered in the store. There is lots of parking at the mall, which is always a plus. The staff was very nice and helpful. We are still looking at fish tank size, but we will definitely stop here first when we are ready to purchase fish. Highly recommend stopping to check out the store.

Purchased our puppy there,he's healthy and adorable, for a mall pet shop it's one of the better ones. For sanitary reasons they won't let you hold the puppies or kittens to minimize risk of them catching something. Also they get their puppies and kittens from local breeders not some puppy mill which is awesome 😊 We purchased fish there too. Very reasonably priced.

I got a puppy from a week ago. He is absolutely adorable and we are in love with him. When we purchased him of course there is a contract and paperwork detailing how many days you have to report any issues. We took him to the vet within 5 days ( hard to get a new puppy in to clinics around here). He unfortunately does have an issue that is going to be a life long issue but with patients and work and tons of love that he will get from us he will have an amazing life. I called to let them know. I first spoke with Dustin who was awesome and understanding, then I called back next day to speak with the owner Sue. She gave me many different options to make good on the paperwork. Of course we could have gave him back because we did not purchase a puppy knowing he is deaf. It’s not her fault he is deaf nor would she have fully known I am sure. She gave me 3 different options. And I went in with the paperwork from my vet and she made good on her word. They were so kind, very respectful, and very understanding. I brought my little guy in to let them see him again also. Like I said they were awesome with me and so kind and kept to their word. I know in the future we will want to adopt again, but just can’t right now. We want to give our time and energy in teaching our little guy sign language and hand commands so he can have a normal as possible life. I know I have read review that we’re not so kind but I believe that you do not get anywhere by being mean or ugly. Kindness is what I gave when I called and that is what was given back to me. I appreciate them very much for making the process smooth and keeping to their word. Again I appreciate them making good on their word and it not being a hassle. Beside his issue I cannot say anything mean about them. They treated us well. Thank you again!! Angie’s ( little lamb) Mama!!

Nice selection of fish. Plenty of reptiles and small animals for sale. Nice was not disappointed

I love this pet store. I always make a stop there to see the animals for 1 and I have bought some there 🥰
