She gave me complete advice on what I needed, details to set up a tank, and information on every single fish I inquired about. Even when I mentioned I didn’t plan on buying anything that day, she was attentive and still answered every single question with a full and detailed answer, which is rare. I was not rude and did not even know what to say to the lack of answers and tone. I just said thank you and hung up... And then you want to band me for something my brother did that had nothing to do with me it’s so unreal The simple fact of the matter is every time I come in there you never have anything anyway, the shop is completely going down from when I first started coming there only how are you able to afford the help that you have is because you gave him a tank and he’s paying it off through doing work for you, it’s only how you’re able to afford him your stuff is overpriced, and always seems to feel”
