Today, I went for a couple of pond Shubunkins and some odds and ends. Mike helped me, and was so pleasant and happily took the time to catch exactly the fish I picked out, even though the store was quite busy. Mike (and another guy, whose name I sadly forget) also helped a friend and I the previous time. Both were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I found my new favorite fish store!! Wish it wasn’t so far away, because they are hiring and I would love to work in a place surrounded by beautiful aquatic life and friendly people. Already looking forward to my next visit!”

There are many employees, but all just sitting around ignoring customers. Hard goods jumbled all over the place totally disorganized. Many tanks appear poorly maintained. And yes I know algae is not dirt, not what I'm talking about. They have lots of salt water fish and corals, but coral tanks looked sketchy. If it had been half of what it claimed to be on the website, I'd have been happy, but it's not.”

The staff is kind and definitely knowledgeable, and they have a good selection with better prices than I've seen compared to other fish-related stores. I really appreciated that they were willing to put a few bettas on hold for me until I could make it in. The only feedback I have would be that the communication could be just a bit better. I wasn't able to get someone to answer the phone, and reaching out online took a while to get responses. Other than that, everyone seemed like great people who were passionate about what they were doing :)”
