“Didn’t like how this axolotl looked or how it didn’t have place for it to hide how the water wasn’t moving , do better job looking up what they need I been to other places that have them they have plants and and good looking tank , i feel bad for this axolotl. The whole shipping process was horrible wasn’t at the fedex hub when it was supposed to mind you it’s a live baby monitor and the nearest hub to me is 50 mins then we unbox the monitor and his nose is extremely tore up which I could’ve maybe dealt with that if he was acting fine but since adding to his new enclosure after insuring the husbandry is correct now he is acting very lethargic and has kept his eyes close for days now and we’ve offered food and he won’t eat and then when I call the shop to ask and tell them the lady on the phone was extremely uncaring and rude like I’m upset I spent hundreds of Dollors to get a pet that isn’t doing well and he probably wasn’t doing well before we ordered him”
