“I wish I could leave a good review because my original experience was pretty good. We set up a new tank at the house and decided to get some freshwater fish. The tank parameters and water were perfect after multiple tests. We got 17 fish from here and the first few days were fine. They have a good selection, though the tanks arent all very clean. After 2-3 days the fish started appearing to have an illness or bacteria on their scales. We noticed over the next few days multiple fish kept dying. When we called the employees didn’t want to help and explained they couldn’t do anything about it. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back because this doesn’t seem to be the first experience where fish were ill being sent home to their customers. It rubbed me the wrong way that they didn’t even want to assist us in replacing the sick fish.”
