Love going to missing link! Everyone is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We have gotten 3/4 of our snakes from there and they have the best temperaments. You can tell they’re well taken care of and handled with love and care.

We absolutely loved our visit to this pet shop! They were kind enough to donate some tadpoles to our class, and while we were there we got to meet so many adorable animals. My kids held some parakeets (I couldn’t because I’m allergic to bird dander 😭), and we all got to pet the sweetest guinea pigs, a hedgehog, and even a tortoise! Every animal looked healthy, happy, and well cared for, and all the enclosures were spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time — you can tell they really love what they do. I almost brought those guinea pigs home with me! 😂 We can’t wait to come back once the construction is finished. 100000% recommend this place — we’ll definitely be returning!

Great customer service, great energy and all-around great vibe. They looked out for me when they charged me four dollars for about 7 handfuls of duckweed thank you so much missing link I greatly appreciate your generosity. Great service & very knowledgeable compared to a couple places we have been to. We were surprised to see the extensive variety & sizes of fish available at Missing Link Aquatics, and pleased to see them at such reasonable prices. We look forward to going back to purchase more than the few fish we acquired today. We recently moved to NC and weren't sure where to go but their website/FB link helped with our decision to check them out.
