Three associates in the store, including him and they didn’t even say hello. Keep in mind, no one was in the store but me. The owner is always disrespectful to not only me but my friends and from the past reviews, he seems to have done this to other people. I shop here for convenience, but I’ve had enough now and I will drive an hour to another store so I don’t have to go through this. I believe there is a staff member named Chloe, who is absolutely fantastic and never had any problems with her. It’s just the owner for me and my friends.”

Week 2: Called to follow up; told the order was never placed because your staff forgot to hit "send." I was understanding and chose to forgive. Week 3: I called two hours before leaving to confirm. Your staff said YES, it's here. I drove over an hour in heavy traffic, only to be told it wasn't there. After 6 phone calls in 3 weeks, being lied to and having my time disrespected is why you earned this review. Your staff’s total lack of responsibility and blatant disregard for a customer’s needs is completely unacceptable.”
