“Very disappointed with my experience. I booked a self-service dog wash online and arrived for my appointment, only to be told that they stop providing services at 4:00 PM. The frustrating part is that their online booking system still allowed me to schedule an appointment after that time. If appointments cannot be honored past 4:00 PM, the system should be updated to prevent customers from booking those time slots. At the very least, someone should have called or contacted us when they saw the appointment come through about 30 minutes before we arrived. We wasted our time driving there only to be turned away. Better communication and a more accurate booking system would have prevented this situation.”
