We were greeted with a friendly hello as we walked into the store and this was already a much more positive experience than our last experience. As a customer, it was very nice to see the time the store employee took answering questions and pay attention to customers. As we waited our turn, we were able to look around the shop and noticed the high quality of water in the aquarium tanks and how healthy the fish were. We talked with a long-time customer who was getting his aquarium water checked and refilling his salt water for one of his aquariums. The store employee who assisted us was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with calm kindness. We purchased items for our aquarium and will be back next week to have our water checked as well as to purchase other items. We started our tropical freshwater aquarium a year ago. This store is a great place to purchase items needed to keep your fish/aquarium healthy and to get education about aquatics, whether you are a new or established in aquatics. We were greatly pleased the store employee sold us the correct products and had integrity when discussing products/options. We will be back and we recommend anyone to shop at the store.
