These people are amazing! As a first time pond owner(came with the new house) and a first time koi owner ( my mom convinced me the pond needed them, ya know for the kids) I really found myself struggling when I researched and realized they would not survive in that shallow of water during winter. Now I have a 470 gallon tarp tank in my basement and probably 75lbs of Hardy Lily rizomes cleaned up and separated. I wouldn't have been able to get all that done without all the information I was able to gather from the experts at this store. 1 in person visit and several phone calls one of which was more then an hour long I am comfortable and confident in my ability to keep my Koi happy and healthy for many years especially knowing they are just a phone call away!!

Great place to go for Koi and Koi pond supplies. Everyone there is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were a great help to us when we got a rip in our pond liner. Just awesome people!

I ordered a few water plants. They said they would be in later in the week and would call us. We heard nothing. We called them after about a week and a half and they said they don't have time to call customers when small orders come in and that the plants had been sold to someone else!

This is a nice little shop with a good selection of pond plants, accessories for taking care of ponds and water gardens, and fish. They have an above ground pond with absolutely huge koi in it. They also have a variety of fish for sale. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the plants and fish they sell. We have purchased multiple plants and a couple of fish over the three years we have been shopping there, and they have all done extremely well so far.

KC Pond & Water Garden has everything you need for a healthy aquatic ecosystem, with or without fish. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The location is easy to get to and while the store itself is smaller, they have space in the back with all their plants and fish. The fish seem to be of high quality and doing great! I am excited to go back for more!
