Walked in to do a dog bath- the gal at the front was checking someone out and when I walked in to the bath space I was given a look like I had 9 heads from another girl at the front who appeared to inform me she needed to check me in first. Cool- great I’ll check in but I don’t need the scoffing at because you failed to acknowledge a new customer walking in who doesn’t know your protocol. Left and went to Mississippi Mutts. I was super excited to try out a new space that appeared to have a nice selection of pet items but left utterly disappointed.

We stopped here when we adopted our fur baby. The girls here are just amazing! Very helpful and kind. They also offer a self service dog wash!! I absolutely love this idea and they help you through the whole process. They have many scents and treatments to choose from and can even become a year round member. They offer pet supplies as well. When we adopted our fur baby they sent us home with a welcome home package they let us select from different products. And it included one free wash. I wished we were closer as we would be there all the time.
