Customer service is excellent. The fish available are healthy and reasonably priced. The shop utilizes as much space as possible, so it is a little cramped sometimes. I will definitely be back to buy supplies and new fish.

This place is fantastic. They really listen to what you are trying to do and make suggestions that demonstrate real expertise, like having a personal coach for your hobby. You never feel rushed. The livestock are healthy and beautiful specimens.

I won’t be coming back to this store. The attitude from the staff was terrible. One employee with a handlebar mustache was extremely condescending, and another acted like he didn’t even want to speak when I greeted him. The overall energy in the store was just bad. Very disappointing experience.

We visited this store for the first time and had an awesome experience, from the moment walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff was friendly, but Gavin was exceptional, he went over and beyond to make sure our needs were met. He was patient, answered all our questions, and shared his knowledge in a way that made everything easy to understand. He never rushed us and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we needed. His professionalism, and attention to details made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. We're so glad we stopped in and will definitely be back again.

I consider the prices to be low. I mean they’re still expensive for something. I’m not eating but compared to other places their prices are low and their staff is knowledgeable.
