“While the staff are friendly, this place is a disgusting excuse for a pet store. The animals, especially the rodents, are so clearly stressed out and living in abusive, inhumane environments. The dogs all have diarrhea. I have been in several times, and each time the animals are disgustingly over crowded and blatantly miserable. The dog cages always have poop in them that is clearly signaling a health issue. I am shocked and appalled that this place is allowed to remain open and functioning.”
