I live in NY and came across Pet World Experience via Etsy. Ande was quick to answer my message on the site and had a friendly approach. I was in need of Ghostwood after receiving an order that was deemed unsuitable (from another shop) for my Bearded Dragon's tank. Ande was very understanding of this and eager to help. I provided her with semi specific dimensions for the pieces I would need. She knew there was a selection that could work for my set up and offered to send me a photo or two the following day. I felt like top priority because 1st thing the following day I received "several" photos of different pieces- all with different angels and measurements. I was so impressed that she went above and beyond to take the time out and do those extra steps. Ande went even further (maybe it's where I live, but I'm not used to service like this - I find it rare) and sent photos of additional pieces that she thought could work along with helpful input of pieces that might not prior to placing my order. Her friendliness, patience and understanding makes me wish I had this store nearby to support often! I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for the future! 10/10 experience!

This is an awesome place! It’s a great spot to bring kids and the staff is always extremely friendly. There’s so much to look at and they do birthday parties too. They’ve also got these huge fish you can feed for $1. You can go to shop or just go to look at all the animals. They also sell roaches, mice, crickets etc for feeding.

Really disappointed Today drove from Olathe to buy some fish that I looked at the day before. Only had like two people doing fish and they were getting crushed so busy after 30 min looked like we never were going to be helped so came home and got them in Olathe. Love your guys store but the kids didn't want to wait longer

Love this place! I was looking for a betta fish. I left with an aquarium, rocks, aquatic plants, fish water, and a beautiful betta! They have a huge selection of fish. The staff was incredibly helpful!
