We reserved our baby guinea pig the very day she was born and posted on the website—October 20—and the breeder’s communication was outstanding the entire time. She explained the full process clearly: once our guinea pig turned four weeks old, she would go to the vet for a wellness check and then be shipped to us here in Virginia. Everything happened exactly on that timeline, with updates every step of the way. Her communication was thorough, prompt, and incredibly reassuring, especially with purchasing such a rare breed from out of state. Our little guinea pig, arrived healthy, happy, and absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend this breeder enough and would trust her to deliver any pet to us in the future. Working with Paws-n-Claws was the best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was nice on the phone and was always on top of getting back to me. Adopted little Denali a few days ago, and boy are we smitten! Immediately upon picking her up, she put her little head down on my chest and I was a goner. She is a healthy, happy little pig, who has obviously been well cared for and socialized! Denali has adapted extremely well to her new home. She loves to snuggle, show off her excited zoomies when given extra hay, and is just an absolute doll! We are already discussing adding an extra baby from Paws-n-Claws to our little herd. The owners are very knowledgeable, kind, and happy to answer any questions you may have!

Awesome experiences with Janina! I live in Canada and wanted an Alpaca Guinea Pig which we do not have ihere. I did my research and found Janina. I ordered several of her piggies which she delivered to Canada for me. They are the cutest and sweetest guinea pigs. I have since ordered several more and a chinchilla. Excellent service and the best Guinea Pigs!

Very respectful, kind, and patient people. I had to rehome my chinchilla and they were very understanding and patient with me during this process. They have basically everything you need within their shop, and take extremely good care of their animals. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.
