Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great variety of food and accessories for your furry friends. I love the whole fish area, they have a huge variety of salt water and fresh water fish and equipment. I love being able to actually see what I'm getting, instead of buying online. I bought my new Waterbox salt water aquarium from them. They have been very supportive and giving me guidance. This is my first tank and they have made it very easy for me. They delivered it and set it all up for me. Very happy here

Let me tell you about this store- the folks that work there are SO helpful and they don’t keep any garbage dogfood in the store. My big doodle Bear had been on a popular name brand food to love weight and I always felt like I was starving him because he acted so hungry. The lady there showed me Open Farm food and my dog has slimmed down and he’s actually eating more. You can see the muscle definition in his body now and he’s just a happy boy. He’s an old man turning 10 this summer, but it’s almost like he’s young again.

This locally owned pet store has more than your average chain. We look forward to grabbing what we need and seeing their shop continue to hold more than just pet food. If you need any aquarium essentials or have questions they are ready to help. High quality products when you need them!

Upon finding and adopting a stray kitten on a visit to DSM - this was my first stop! They helped get me all the supplies and even were willing to put items on hold so that I had everything I needed to travel back to make sure my new buddy would be good to go. Don’t know the mature lady’s name but she was very knowledgeable in think the place maybe under some construction as there wasn’t much of a. Fish selection and indoor pond some customer messed up so it’s having to be fixed but overall it’s always been a good go to to get healthy fish unlike PetSmart or petco
