Decent pet store, big fish selection. Hate hate hate how they keep the ball pythons, no foliage, one hide and about 5-2 an enclosure. Bought a ball from here and he was being kept with about 6 others in one tank.

Place is fantastic! Tanks clean, well staffed crazy stocking. Definitely a place you would drive hours to see. 10/10

I understand things happen sometimes, and it’s not always a stores fault, but this is just too ridiculous not to post. When we left the store, we drove an hour back home to find that one of the fish had died upon arrival. We thought it was just the stress of the journey, so we didn’t think much. We acclimated the fish, and put them into our cycled 55 with 8 mollies and 8 tetra. A WEEK into it we’ve lost 3, and probably one more as he is heavy breathing and sinking. All of our other fish are fine. There have been no dramatic changes, I test the water weekly and do a water change when needed. If one hadn’t died on the way home (which we always acquire our fish from a ways away, and never have died during travel) I would chalk it up to the parameters in our tank. But this is just ridiculous. Almost every single fish we bought from that store died a week into it. We noticed that in more than one tanks in the store itself that there’s a floater somewhere amongst them, one that died. I get it, that’s gonna happen from time to time, but not at the rate that it happens in this store. For me, losing 4 in a week is not fun. I do not appreciate the unfriendliness from the owners either, the lack of willing to help and extend knowledge. But can you expect anything less from commercial salt tanks stores? I feel like the attitude just comes with the hobby..

I have mixed feeling about this store yes they have a wide variety of fish. Yet whenever we go in we either get someone that is friendly and willing to help or just someone who is out right rude. Not sure if we will continue to support this business. I know there are a lot of knowledgeable people that work there but being treated like we’re close to nothing, depending on who helps us or even if they are willing (half the time they are standing there on their phones and you feel like your inconveniencing them by asking for help) I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I understand if people are having a bad day but every time we go in there? It’s not the store location that’s a problem, or their selection, it’s some of the people. Good customer service goes a long way.
