I’m a huge person on reviews and also the customer service I receive the moment I walk into a store. We found this store through a family friend and the moment you walk into the store the greeting and how can I help is way more then “trying to sell you something” which is typical with most store just trying to push you to buy something. Mark and his crew is passionate about getting to know their customers and wanting to watch them build their dream aquariums. We have had a little trouble on the way over the last year with our tank but without a single doubt Mark never stops to help us figure out the issue. Mark loves to teach and guide you.
