Love stopping by whenever I’m in town. Ashley (girl with the septum) is always ready to help and answer any questions. She and the rest of the staff give the best customer service anytime I come in to look around. They also don’t make me feel awkward if I don’t purchase anything sometimes which is rare these days.

Ultimate aquarium is my go to! Ashley is always helpful and always very friendly and knowledgeable on items In the store, coming here for years ive became friends with her and she's a very cool nice person, she comes off very strong but it is for a good reason she's looking out for your best intrest with your aquarium and doesn't want to sell you items that aren't appropriate for your tank or that will cause future problems

apparently fishless water cycling is a hot take, owner doesn't recommend that. so let the fish feel the pain with all that ammonia during your water cycle. read on reddit this is common from LFS.

Had an awesome experience. Ashley helped us out. She was super friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions and gave us advice on different fish and equipment. We highly recommend this store. They are open Tuesday to Sunday on Noble Ave.
