Love the store Carters so much, have gotten animals from them and love their wide selection. Do not like Trevor in the fish department, he’s sold me sick fish that gave my whole tank ich. Time passes and I had went back to ask for terrarium plants and he sold me plants in the aquatics tanks telling me that they would be fine in my frog tank. Called the next day to ask him about why they were wilting and made me feel dumb telling me well yeah they’re supposed to be in fish tanks.

Their employees were rude. There was a poor turtle that needed to be flipped. The guy said it would flip on its own an that it needed to learn that. I get it but it had pooped itself and peed itself and still was not able to flip itself at all… unfortunately I had to leave an I do not know if it flipped over but I know as a human it hurts to be upside down for so long I can’t imagine a turtle for 20 min

The workers here are amazing and so helpful! It’s like having friends who are eager to help you out! Crystal is definitely the best and extremely nice and friendly! I come here all the time and couldn’t be happier with the service everytime! I definitely recommend checking this place out!

I love Carter's Pet mart! It’s my go-to place for crickets for our lizard, along with all our other reptile needs. The staff is always friendly, and they have a great selection of products for animals. Definitely recommend for pet owners!

Great place for ALL your pet needs. They have everything, never been here and didn't find what I needed. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. They know their stuff. Plus on Sunday you can see a Vet for your animals shots. It's the ONLY pet store I go to.
