Would not recommend there online division. they where rude and unwilling to help with my situation. Flat out told me it’s my fault and there nothing there going to do. Ps it’s about them sending my package to the wrong address. Nothing more. But I was completely shocked at how they treat there customers. They wouldn’t even call fed ex and tell them to change the address. They flat out refused to help me and continued to blame me for there mistakes. Worst birthday present to myself I’ve ever bought. Also in the end I still never got the fish I bought from them. So like I said bad business leads to bad reviews. Would not recommend buying online.
