No where on the website,google,yelp, instagram does it say it is by appointment only. I tried to call to set up an appointment and they dont even pick up the phone. This is truly a shame Guess LAX will take my coral money.

The selection is insane—literally every tank is packed with healthy, colorful, unique pieces at super fair prices. But what makes it next level is the customer service. I came in expecting to grab one or two frags… and left with a full lineup (Goniopora, encrusters, hammers, zoas—you name it). Why? Because the staff, especially the owner, made it an unforgettable experience. He offered to open hours before the shop even opens on Sunday just so I could pick up my corals safely for a long trip home. He held all my pieces, helped me pick them out one by one, and is even keeping an eye out for special frags I’m hunting. They don’t treat you like just a customer—they treat you like part of the reef fam.
