I just placed an online order after spending 25 minutes on the phone with Luke from the team—and I’m honestly blown away by the experience. Not only did he help me order exactly what I needed, but he also took the time to explain the differences between models and made sure I understood what I was getting. On top of that, he even went out of his way to offer me a discount. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, especially from an online store. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again—5 stars all the way!

Bought a tank and needed bulkheads had no idea what those were or how they worked etc and Jesse over at fish and coral helped us out hundreds of miles away and got what we need to finish setup thank you! Great people amazing service placing another order now haha

Brock, the owner is Awesome and knowledgeable. Very respectable individual has a ton of experience and saltwater equipment available onsite. I love this store. Got a digi frag but will be back for more in the future.
