Great experience doing business with Fish and Coral Store! Fast shipping and great product!

Received a small order of clean up crew and a three fish promotional package and everything arrived as ordered! I video tape all unpacking and photo every item upon receipt and I had one fish a blue hippo tang which i was suspect about his condition! I am a newbie so i immediately emailed what i thought was an issue and within an hour i received i call YES A CALL! From Broc one of the owners and he explained exactly what is happening and that it was all normal! Thank you Broc and thank you Jess for packing my new family so well! I just learned what value a great vendor adds to my experience in this Hobby!!! It was just DORY DOING DORY!

Pretty nice local store. Wish they where open on the weekends though. My work schedule doesn't align at all with your business hours lol Picked up a pair of clowns and a few frags from here. Pretty clean store.

The fish and Coral Store is great. I used to have a huge salt water aquarium that I had built and maintained myself and I also worked as manager of a the salt water fish area of a fish store, but this was so many moons ago. I no longer have an aquarium, but I still love the fish and what I really love is coral. This store is the best salt water store I have ever been to. They have a vast selection of fish and they are healthy and the prices are fair--know that salt water fish are not cheap. They also have great service and if there is a fish you want that they don't have they can likely get it for you. They also have the best selection of coral I have ever seen at a store and they even have some live coral (most stores sell dead coral). This is what I was looking for. I just wanted a piece of blue coral and they had it and I bought it. They also have an online store that has a great selection. The place is family owned and parking is easy. They know everything and will help you so go there.

Both bags had popped and the fish were dead

I was looking for a looking for a specific part on yelp. They were quick to respond. Went into the store and the employees (Jesse and Noel) that encountered were super friendly and helpful. Ended up walking out with a yellow watchman goby also. Would definitely come back!

Not a big fan of places that advertise local sales in local groups on the other side of the country. Feels like a bait and switch. They should probably learn how to advertise locally in olaces they are actually local to and keep out of local groups that they cannot cater to.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD. The first order that I ordered from this company was a radion xr15 blue and mount. Everything said it was in stock. It was not. I finally received my order after 18 days. I was told they would ship it faster since it took so long to get it in stock when i was stated it was in stock. They shipped it ground. The slowest possible way. Then I ordered a k1 nano skimmer, axis 40 pump and a 100w heater. Everything once again said in stock. Guess what, it wasn't. Ordered on Friday, Monday they called me asking about my address. Which was the same address I typed on both darn orders. I got that issue fixed and I was told it would ship that day on Monday. I woke up Tuesday to no email confirmation. I waited till a couple hours before they closed on Tuesday to call and ask what's going on. I was informed that the pump was in the warehouse and not there and it will all ship Wednesday. On Wednesday two hours before they close I call again to ask whats up with my order and I'm told they are waiting for the heater and it will ship Thursday. You wouldn't believe it, but they still didn't ship it Thursday. I called the up on Thursday 5 times and no one answered. I called randomly throughout the day just to tell them to take the heater off the order and ship it, but they wouldn't answer my phone call. Ironically roughly a minute after calling from my phone ,I called from my work phone and they instantly picked up. Crazy. I told him to ship the order that day or cancel it. So they created a shipping order and kept it till friday. Imagine that. I even talked to the owner Bruce, he was the one that told me they would up my shipping on the first order, which they didn't, but he told me they have a his words " a fancy phone service" Vontage, if I remember correctly, that tells them who's calling. When I told that other guy that it crappy he's avoiding my calls, he stated he wouldn't have any way to tell who's calling. They're all a bunch of liars. Screw this company. I've bought two different packages from Bulk Reef Supply since ordering the second package at this horrible company and both have shown up before this last package. Don't shop here, go to Bulk Reef Supply and you'll get treated better, you get points from prior purchases to spend on other items and I've never had to call them once to ask anything from brs. They just get the orders shipped and do it really fast. It's never over 3 days to get a package from BRS. BRS FOR THE WIN!
