Laguna Koi Ponds

An absolutely stunning group of fish available here. We stopped in to see what they have available while we were in town for a short weekend trip. They do ship, and though we were just looking they were still incredibly helpful and happy to show us their favorites and most unique koi available. Very good customer service!

Thank goodness Laguna Koi Ponds is here! It’s the only place around where I can get advice and care for my pond. I have purchased pond lights, other accessories, nutrients, and plants for my pond over the years. They are always friendly and give great advice. It’s also just fun to visit to look at the beautiful Koi that they have!

Laguna Koi has zero customer service. We were a monthly customer years ago and left because their service team was subpar. We tried them again 10 years later after we heard they had improved. They have NOT. Do yourself a favor and don’t use Laguna Koi for monthly pond service. They over chemical your ponds and their team lacks even the most basic pond knowledge!! We also had a pond issue and as a monthly customer could not get anyone to come out to inspect. They strung us along with excuses while we had fish in distress. They have zero customer service!

Gorgeous koi! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, great location, good prices, and most of all beautiful fish. I like to walk around and see the different tanks with koi of different colors, ages and sizes. I could watch these graceful fish swim all day
