Harry's Marine Life

This is how my octopus arrived , DEAD. Harry’s is giving me a really hard time about it. I have them a good rating because any other time I’ve had good luck with them. I did everything possible to show that this octopus was dead. I went as far as to get my water tested at an aquarium store. It was perfect So I get an email last night that says can you take a photo of the animal on a white background. I take the dead animal out and take the photo I even offered to pay shipping for a replacement What the heck. I guess all is good as long as they’re happy. There is no happy without happy customer

One stop shop! Every company is going to have good and bad reviews it's just inevitable. The difference comes when said company is willing to do what is in their power to try and correct any errors that might happen! That's where I give top marks for David, George and all the rest of the team at Harry's Marine Life, great job folks!👏🏼

I give these guys 2 thumbs up! The customer service was great, they even called to make sure a particular fish I ordered was okay to ship since it wasn't exactly what I purchased. Fish were a little on the smaller size, but not so much that a complaint was warranted. They arrived healthy and happy. I would like to see them use a shipping box that indicates live animals/this end up/fragile on it in case the shipping teams actually adhere to these warnings. Will definitely buy from here again!

After finding their Facebook page, downloaded their app, made a purchase for a fish. Quick shipping. Arrived healthy and properly. Re ordered within 3 weeks. Happy customer here. Ps, download their app surprise sales are the best!

This store is amazing. They have a big selection of saltwater fish, coral, and more. I got a mantis shrimp. Staff is amazing. They really make you feel welcome and trying to help and answering any questions or concerns. Love this fish store. And prices are always reasonable. Come check them out.
