HI i purchased $1700 worth of supplies to get my tank kicked off. I was truly super excited until I sadly got the help of dylan and joe. they helped me around the store picking out every single piece ensuring it will all work together. I get home and im looking at a light stand that doesnt fit my light!! How amazing! My light was a reef AI 16hd that was about $265 dollars. Guess what! It didn’t work either haha! I brought it back to get some help or possibly return the broken product they sold me. Mr. Joe fiddled with it and then said “we can’t help you” “ask AI to help you” another lady from the front desk said “ITD PROBABLY BE EASIER TO FORGET ABOUT THE SITUATION and JUST BUY A NEW LIGHT”. Ridiculous ! Anyways I would STAY AWAY FROM THE SHOP.
