“TJ was absolutely wonderful! 10/10 dont judge the picture we just set up the tank 1 day ago. With TJ's help we were able to pick out all the perfect supplies live wet rockand sand, amazing filter system, and all the correct additives for our coral and fish we would like to add as well as a heater. We are extremely excited and cannot wait to add our sea creatures and coral within the next 4 weeks after tank Cycles. After the water was cleared I was able to get a replacement fish. Mark helped me out and was very helpful. I recommend this place for any fresh or salt water fish. In my attempt to ask a question with the front register girl (AJ), acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking a question about an item. Busy on her cell phone, I kindly asked if she could get me some assistance. AJ answered with a snide attitude, then called over the manager instead of helping me or answering my questions. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I’ve been back in the reef hobby now for 3 years. Ocean Floor is by far the worst LFS in this Valley. Aquaholic Aquariums LLC is the place to go folks. Stay clear of this place. Overpriced for corals that look horrible and their customer service is not top priority. I went in looking to possibly purchase 200-gallon tank with an overflow. Not after this encounter.”
