My experience with them is great! They speak when you come in, thy ask if you need anything or say let me know when you need something. So there’s time to truly look. Also , the fish I’ve gotten from there have been superb. I’ve bought from pets smart and petco, to come home within a day or two fish have passed, I’ll go in those stores to look and usually you can find a sick ,dying , or deceased fish . NOT at Reeflife. They care. My fish from them are healthy. they don’t overload tanks like other previous pet stores mention do. 💕💕

Great Owner, don't belive the negative reviews. I'm an hour away from the store and only went there because he could get the tank I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. But I looked around while there at his supplies and fish and talked to him. He clearly knows this field extremely well. I have been keeping fish since 1976, so between you and me, that's saying something.

I purchased several freshwater fish, cherry shrimp, and live aquatic plants about a week ago, and they are all doing wonderful! The staff was very helpful and attentive despite the store being quite busy. I will absolutely be returning for more aquarium supplies!

I have made the trek to shop here multiple times now (45+m ride). The store has been consistently clean, neat, and inviting. The plants, fish, snails, and shrimp, as well as the tanks, look healthy, and cared for. To date, I have purchased Mollies, Cory cats, 3 types of Nerite snails, 15+ Ghost shrimp, and multiples of 4 types of plants. Of course food, filters, and chemicals too. I will be going again next week. A newly cycled tank will be ready for residents. The staff are great. I have been there when the store was crowded, as well as when I was the crowd.
