Petland Charleston

Great Visit to this Petland. Andrea was very friendly and fantastic to help with and questions that we had and was also very helpful in allowing my daughters to play with the puppies. The only issue that I found was they did not have any fish at all which was why I went in there but I was very pleased with everything else and glad that Andrea was there to help with everything else for my dog. The also had quite a few very cute puppies that wasn’t crazy expensive.

My kids always love going into this Petland and petting all the dogs. The team is very patient and let's us pet as many as we want, even when we make clear that it's just for fun. For customer appreciation month, I got a rat cage that usually costs over $200 for $109. We just stopped by, and Angela gave us a bunch of free bowling passes for our kids, plus a scratch off to get money off our next purchase.

I was in Petland over the weekend with my daughter. We decided to buy a hamster and Andrea was the one that helped us. She was so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I was very grateful that she helped me get everything we needed without trying to sell me everything in the store. After she rang us up she even helped me out to my car with all of the items we bought. I was very grateful for the help because my daughter is young and my hands were full. I will definitely be returning to this location and it was a great. experience. I highly recommend going there for all your pets needs.

Andrea Halley is the best!!! She was so personable and had a lot of knowledge about the reptiles. Also, this is my favorite Petland around, it’s always so clean! Andrea is a 10/10 and such a good worker! Best pet store in town!!

Petland in Charleston is always a fun place to drop into when you need some puppy lovins! Though their prices on puppies are very steep, the ability to play and cuddle the pups makes the trip worth it. Their pet supplies can sometimes be found on sale and thats pretty ok. Would I shop here frequently? No. But, the staff are great and the animals are wonderful!
