I've been a fresh water tank cleaning and maintenance customer of Barrier Reef Aquariums in Renton for awhile now. Ken provides outstanding tank cleaning service for B.R.!!! He's always on time, extremely dependable, knowledgeable and professionally friendly. Our forty gallon fresh water tank plants have been THRIVING since he started servicing our tank.🌿 (He's meticulous and gentle with the water changes around the plant roots) I also like that B.R. provides special filtered water for every tank cleaning service. 2nd order in as many months. The communication was excellent. The coral is healthy, amazing, and the value is beyond comparison and they make sure they arrive without an issue! I will be ordering from them again!

This may not start out as your normal 5 star review. I ordered a coral that was something I had never seen before so I was very excited to buy it as it is not normal for my area. A few days later I was contacted saying they do not have it in stock and said they would swap it for a different color combination they had in stock. I was a little upset. But happy they reached out to let me know. I had them swap it and they sent it. When the package arrived it was amazing; great size and health. I was super happy with the replacement. Plus I got a free coral I actually wanted. You could tell there was thought out in to what to send for a freebie. That meant a lot to me. I am beyond happy with the customer service and product. Thank you agin. I have submitted another order and am waiting impatiently for it.

I’m all about supporting the Brick and Mortar stores. As the market gets saturated with online coral chop shops, it’s great to have well selected fish, frags, colonies, and variety that you can see in person. They’re doing a great job at updating when new shipments arrive on social media while also maintaining their WYSIWYG current. Well done!

Shipping of my order was delayed quite some time due to cold weather. When there was a break in the cold my package was shipped. Everything arrived good except one fish was doa. There was no hassle with there doa policy and I was given store credit for the loss. Everything else is is doing good and eating the day after introduction to the tank.
