Great selection. Friendly and informative staff members. The tanks were dirty, it was hard to see some of the fish and reptiles. One girl was cleaning tanks so maybe she just didn't get to the others yet. I had fun!

If your pet needs it this place probably has it. The store is more like a petting zoo from the rabbits and other small animals right inside the door to the open bird section. The fish area is awesome and carries a crazy selection. This is the only place I’ve been that you can watch a stingray, pufferfish, or axlotle eat worms out of the caretakers hand. Definitely a one of a kind pet store experience.

So adorable!!!! The birdies, bunnies, and ferrets....all adorable, friendly...ish, bird bit me after hopping on my arm...still cute though. Pricey, but if you're definitely thinking of one to fit the "pay for what you get"....the birds, bunnies, and ferrets won't disappoint...other than the one that bit me, feisty little kid... Fishes and they have Axolotls! Thought they'd be bigger to be honest, but they're very adorable...had a pufferfish follow me around...cute Dory is there too, so... :) Now, for the fun looking reptiles...they're all cool! Would take a picture of the spider, but I'd be fighting myself not to share it with my lady, but she hates spiders, so I'll say is, see for yourself...they're cool. Had a very energetic lizard scratch the glass, I think it was trying to climb out to meet everyone. Very polite and social id say for that one. The turtles...they're turtles, turtles are always a win...Pancake Turtle

I came in looking for a friend me and my wife would really love and I was not disappointed. He’s only been here for an hour and bear has warmed up to me very well and enjoys the little enclosure we got him. Eventually I will upgrade and build him a patio space as well but for now he seems content. He also loves splashing me with water already.

An employee recommended the Florida Flag Fish because it's peaceful and will eat hair algae. I didn't want a Siamese algae eater because it grows to 6 inches. I have a peaceful community tank of tetras species. I understand about the no return policy on livestock. So I want to WARN other people, DO NOT buy a flag fish, it is NOT peaceful. It has been 4 days, and it's stressing out my other fish. I can even feel the vibe was off with my fish. I had to segregate it. Now I'm stuck with a fish I don't want. Please do not tell future customers that flag fish are peaceful fish. But other than that, I like coming to this store.
