Sue's Pet Castle

I have come to Sues several times in the past and have always been treated excellent and every fish I have bought has always outlasted fish from others stores. We came in today to purchase some fish and turtles and not only were all of the staff very friendly and courteous but Corey was top notch! He was very knowledgeable about all of my questions, didn't try to get me to buy anything I didn't need or want and really showed what customer service is about. I've read other reviews about pricing and sure you can probably get fish elsewhere for less, but Sues has well managed tanks with caring, knowledgeable staff who take the time to ensure the product is clean and taken care of. The customer service is hands down impeccable! You won't be disappointed

The owners, Jose and Corey, are some of the friendliest and down to earth guys you'll ever meet. I'm a fish guy, and it's been difficult finding a decent shop in Southern UT. After visiting here more times than I should of in the last few months, ive decided I have a new home away from home. The crew does an excellent job keeping this clean, fish healthy, and making sure im being sent home with what's appropriate for my setup. I would recommend this store to any pet owner. Everyone is really friendly, staff is knowledgeable, and they have a large variety of supplies for just about any pet owner.

I love this place. We go here for all our exotic pet needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and they have such a fun variety of animals to look at. Love the new management too. Everything is so clean and content.

What a cool pet store!! They have a much bigger selection than the big name brand pet stores, cheaper prices and they were so helpful. It was a wonderful experience getting to interact with their critters while picking out our new family members. Their customer service was excellent and you can tell they really love what they do and take wonderful care of all of their critters. I highly recommend you go see them before you go to one of the other pet places.
