This aquarium store is the bomb! I would give six stars if possible. Tremendous selection of fresh, salt and brackish water species. I was pleased to find both common and unique fish, invertebrate, coral and plant specimens. They also had great inventory of aquariums, hard goods, and scaping tools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If they did not know the answer to my question, they would dutifully inquire with another employee or even the internet. Nate provided outstanding and enthusiastic customer service. This store is now my go-to for my aquaria needs.

We’ve been loyal customers for the past year and have really appreciated the support and guidance your team has offered along the way. Lately, though—perhaps just due to the summer rush—we’ve noticed a decline in both the experience and the availability of stock. The display tanks often look neglected or empty, and while we understand weekends can be busy, it’s been frustrating to consistently hear that everything is sold out. As regular weekly customers, it’s discouraging to show up and find so little available—especially with more and more tanks marked “Not For Sale.” What’s been most disappointing, though, is not seeing the staff we came to trust. The familiar faces who used to help guide us through our saltwater journey seem to be gone, and it’s just not the same experience without them. We really want to keep supporting your shop, but we hope to see a return to the quality and care we originally valued.

We used to enjoy coming here. But prices have become crazy. Also we had a question that I called about and just never got an answer. Called and asked a different person and same run a round. If they want your money they’re nice. But the customer service I got those few days of needing help and a question answered tells me I’m no longer supporting this fish store! Sometimes you need to focus on your customers who bring you in the money! If you treat people like crap, the. You lose business.

Where do I even begin? My experience with this company has been quite disappointing. Despite being on their service plan for years, our tank consistently looks cloudy, and I had hoped they could help restore it to a better condition. They were the original team that set up our tank when we first started, although I believe they have since changed ownership. Following their advice, I transitioned to a freshwater tank and invested in that upgrade. I also switched to a more powerful pump based on their recommendation, but the tank still appears cloudy after just two weeks every time they come for maintenance. Furthermore, whenever there's an issue, they tend to bill us repeatedly, which is frustrating.

Great selection of products at fair prices, with a clean and well-stocked store. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the livestock (plants, shrimp, and fish) are always healthy. They offer everything you need, from tanks to accessories, and the expertise they provide is impressive. What I heard/read was employees sometimes seem too focused on tasks rather than assisting shoppers, it didn’t happen to me, but probably wouldn’t have bother me one bit. More often than not, I’m researching rather than shopping and don’t really want to talk anyway. Overall, a great place for quality and reliability.
